The City Sports Commission Office, in collaboration with the Lapu-Lapu City Government, led by Mayor Junard "Ahong" Chan and City Councilor Janvi Amistad Dela Serna and Chairperson of the Committee on Sports Vince Chan-Carungay, proudly presents the highly anticipated and globally celebrated event, Go Skate Day. Today, June 21, 2023, head over to the Hoops Dome parking area to join us in this exhilarating celebration alongside fellow board enthusiasts. The festivities start with an Opening Parade at 1:00 p.m., starting from the Marcelo Fernan Bridge grounds and culminating at the Hoops Dome in Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City. Come and immerse yourself in the thrilling display of skills as skateboarders showcase their impressive tricks at this annual gathering, all in the name of our shared passion for skating.
