Feedback and redress mechanisms

You are requested to let us know how we have served you. This is to continuously improve the quality of service; the City Government of Lapu-Lapu is delivering, for your FULL SATISFACTION. If you may please:

- Accomplish our Feedback Form available in the Public Assistance Counter and put them in the drop box conspicuously installed at the lobby of the Main City Hall Building, or you can fill-up the electronic form below.

- Should there be any delay in the processing or delivery of frontline services we offered, complaints may be filed before the City Mayor or City Administrator for appropriate action.
